Swear

1) to declare under oath that one will tell the truth. 2) to administer an oath to a witness that he or she will tell the truth. 3) to install into office by administering an oath. 4) to use profanity.

Swindle

To cheat through trick, device, false statements or other fraudulent methods with the intent to acquire money or property from another which the swindler is not entitled.

Syndicate

A joint venture among individuals and/or corporations to accomplish a particular business objective.
