(a) Service of Process.
Service of process may be made upon the Office by delivering a copy of the summons and complaint to the U.S. Attorney for the district in which the action is brought or to an assistant U.S. Attorney or clerical employee designated by the U.S. Attorney in a writing filed with the clerk of the court, and by sending copies of the summons and of the complaint by registered or certified mail to the Attorney General of the United States, Washington, DC, and to the Secretary of the Office.
(b) Subpoenas.
Any subpoena to obtain information maintained by Office shall be duly issued and served upon the Secretary of the Office of Thrift Supervision, 1700 G Street, NW., Washington, DC, 20552.
