270.30b1-7—Monthly report for money market funds.
(a) Report.
Every registered open-end management investment company, or series thereof, that is regulated as a money market fund under § 270.2a-7 must file with the Commission a monthly report of portfolio holdings on Form N-MFP ( § 274.201 of this chapter ), current as of the last business day of the previous month, no later than the fifth business day of each month.
(b) Public availability.
The Commission will make the information filed on Form N-MFP available to the public 60 days after the end of the month to which the information pertains.
