208.5—Public hearing.
(a) In general.
The Commission may, in its discretion, hold a public hearing in connection with an investigation under this part. If the Commission holds a public hearing, it will do so only after having caused reasonable notice thereof to be published in the Federal Register.
(b) Opportunity to appear.
All interested parties will be afforded an opportunity to be present, to present evidence, and to be heard at any such hearing.
