638.523—Food service.
(a)
The center operator shall ensure that meals for students are nutritionally well-balanced, of good quality, and sufficient in quantity, in accordance with procedures issued by the Job Corps Director. Food shall be prepared and served in a sanitary manner.
(b)
Non-students shall be charged for food provided for them unless prior regional office approval has been obtained. Such charges shall be sufficient to cover the cost of the food and its preparation.
