203.11—Access to records and communications.
(a)
All records, reports, and other documents that are made available to USAID pursuant to this regulation must be made available for public inspection and copying, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act and other applicable laws.
(b)
Communications from USAID will only be sent to the applicant's or registrant's headquarters.
