1290.108—How do I appeal to the IBLA?

Any party to a case adversely affected by a final decision of the ONRR Director or the Director, Bureau of Indian Affairs under this subpart shall have a right of appeal to the IBLA under the procedures provided in 43 CFR part 4, subpart E.
