576.310—Government of Iraq.
The term Government of Iraq means:
(a)
Any interim or permanent Iraqi government in authority after June 30, 2004, and any subdivision, agency, or instrumentality thereof; and
(b)
Any partnership, association, corporation, or other organization substantially owned or controlled by the foregoing.
