127.409—Records.
(a)
The operator shall keep on file the following information:
(1)
A description of the components tested under § 127.407.
(2)
The date and results of the test under § 127.407.
(3)
A description of any corrective action taken after the test.
(b)
The information required by this section must be retained for 24 months.
