EPA approves as a revision to the Washington State Implementation Plan, the Yakima Carbon Monoxide maintenance plan submitted by the State on August 31, 2001.

EPA approves as a revision to the Washington State Implementation Plan, A Plan for Attaining Carbon Monoxide National Ambient Air Quality Standards in the Spokane Serious Nonattainment Area submitted by the Washington Department of Ecology on September 20, 2001 and November 22, 2004.

EPA approves as a revision to the Washington State Implementation Plan, the Spokane Carbon Monoxide Maintenance Plan, adopted April 27, 2004 effective June 24, 2004, submitted by the Washington Department of Ecology on November 29, 2004.

EPA approves as a revision to the Washington State Implementation Plan, the Central Puget Sound Carbon Monoxide and Ozone Second 10-Year Maintenance Plans submitted by the State on December 17, 2003.
