62.14425—When must I review the documentation?
(a)
You must establish a program for reviewing the information listed in § 62.14424 annually with each HMIWI operator (defined in § 62.14490 ).
(b)
You must conduct your initial review of the information listed in § 62.14424 by February 15, 2001, or prior to assumption of responsibilities affecting HMIWI operation, whichever is later.
