382.115—Starting date for testing programs.
(a)
All domestic-domiciled employers must implement the requirements of this part on the date the employer begins commercial motor vehicle operations.
(b)
All foreign-domiciled employers must implement the requirements of this part on the date the employer begins commercial motor vehicle operations in the United States.
