555.17—Termination of temporary exemptions.
The Administrator may terminate or modify a temporary exemption if (s)he determines that:
(a)
The temporary exemption was granted on the basis of false, fraudulent, or misleading representations or information; or
(b)
The temporary exemption is no longer consistent with the public interest and the objectives of the Act.
