INSTRUCTIONS: ARIZONA INCOME AND EXPENSE - HOTELS, MOTELS AND RESORTS SUPPLEMENT (Form 82300-2)

Those who file a petition claiming that their Arizona property has been improperly assessed using the valuation must also submit a form 82300 affidavit of their income and expenses. A form 82300-2 is submitted if the property in dispute is a hotel, motel or resort. This supplemental form is found on the website maintained by the Arizona Department of Revenue.
