The victim,was found on the southbound side of Interstate 270 three miles southeast of Frederick in Frederick County, Maryland on July 31, 1991. The victim is said to be a white female believed to be in her late teens to early twenties, possibly 17 - 18 years of age. The victim is believed to have been approximately 5'0" to 5'2 1/2" in height with a build slightly greater than petite but perhaps not quite medium. The victim had shoulder length brown hair, dressed in shorts, and a tank top. The "DOB", and "Height" fields are approximation. |
