On April 23rd the decomposed remains of a human body were found during the excavation of the construction site of the Marley Station Mall, Glen Burnie, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The estimated date of death is approximately December 1, 1984. Examinations revealed the victim to be a White Male between 18-30 years of age, apporximate Height: 5' 8" - 5' 11" Tall, Slim build with Brown Hair. The victim was wearing a Blue & Black Sweater, Slacks, and Leather Shoes. The victim had a key ring with the letter "R" on it.
