On December 18, 1988, the remains of an unidentified child were found in a wooded area in Waycross, Ware County, Georgia. The child was estimated to be 3 years of age. She was approximately 2’09” tall and weighed between 20 and 25 pounds. The child was wearing a white knit pullover shirt with a red pony on the front, white thermal pajama bottoms, and a diaper.
