On October 18, 2007 the unidentified remains of a black female were found on the side of the road at the jughandle of Route 440 and Hook Road in Bayonne, New Jersey. The decedent was estimated to be between 16 and 35 years of age and she had black hair with 28-inch long brown extensions that were braided. She was between 5’-02” and 5’-05” tall and weighed between 118 and 138 pounds. She was wearing a pair of Vigoss brand camouflage pants that were green in color (size 11/12), Pascal Tex brand underwear and tank top that were pink in color (size medium), a Puff brand black bra with red lace (size 36C), and white socks with orange toes and green bear designs on the ankle area. The decedent was also wearing a brown plastic ring on her right thumb and a silver body chain around her torso.
