Section 21-5-9
Trust fund.
The committee is authorized to establish a trust fund and to accept gifts, contributions, donations or bequests, but not excluding any other source of revenue, for the purpose of promoting the rehabilitation and employment of the handicapped citizens of this state. Such moneys shall be deposited in the said trust fund and administered and disbursed in the same manner and under the same conditions as other moneys which may be appropriated for this purpose. Any balance of these moneys shall not lapse at any time, but shall be continuously available for expenditures consistent with the purpose of this chapter.
