Sec. 08.04.085. - Regulations regarding attest functions.
Under AS 08.04.080 , the board shall adopt regulations that identify what activities constitute attest functions. To identify activities as attest functions, the board may adopt the criteria established by a nationally recognized professional organization for accountants.
