Sec. 44.29.340. - Meetings; quorum.
(a) The council may meet, by teleconference or otherwise, as often as considered necessary by the presiding officer of the council.
(b) Seven voting members of the council constitute a quorum for the transaction of business and the exercise of the powers and duties of the council.
