11-866. Penalties (L70, Ch. 177, sec. 2. Eff. until 10/1/11) A penalty clause contained in a code adopted by reference shall not be adopted by reference but shall be set forth in full in the adopting ordinance. The penalty provisions of section 11-808 may be applied by the county in enforcing the provisions of this article. |
