15-919.03. Optional performance incentives programs; implementation phases The superintendent of public instruction may develop and utilize up to five implementation phases when approving districts to budget for an optional performance incentives program. Movement upwards through the implementation phases shall reflect increased performance by the district based on various measures of quality. |
