15-947.01. Revenue control limit; general budget limit; total capital budget limit for joint technical education districts A. The revenue control limit for a joint technical education district is equal to the base support level determined in section 15-943.02 and the amount determined in section 15-910.04. B. The general budget limit for each joint technical education district, for each fiscal year, is the sum of the following: 1. The revenue control limit for the budget year. 2. The capital outlay revenue limit for the budget year. 3. Tuition revenues for attendance of nonresident pupils. 4. Title VIII of the elementary and secondary education act of 1965 assistance determined for children with disabilities, children with specific learning disabilities and children residing on Indian lands as provided in section 15-905, subsections K and O. 5. Expenditures for excess utility costs as provided in section 15-910. C. The unrestricted capital budget limit for each joint technical education district for the budget year is as provided in section 15-947, subsection D. D. The soft capital allocation limit for each joint technical education district for the budget year is as provided in section 15-947, subsection E. |
