28-4804. Abandoned vehicle administration monies; deposit The department may receive monies pursuant to section 28-4802 and all monies collected pursuant to this chapter for deposit in the state highway fund established by section 28-6991. The department shall use monies collected pursuant to this chapter to carry out the duties prescribed by this chapter. |
