32-1233. Applicants for licensure; examination requirements An applicant for licensure shall have passed all of the following: 1. Parts I and II of the national dental board examinations. 2. The western regional examining board examination within five years preceding filing the application. 3. The Arizona dental jurisprudence examinations. |
