32-1772. Exemptions This article does not apply to: 1. Physicians licensed under chapter 13 or 17 of this title. 2. Doctors of optometry licensed under chapter 16 of this title. 3. Dispensing opticians licensed under chapter 15.1 of this title. 4. A pharmacist and a pharmacy licensed under chapter 18 of this title. |
