32-541. Salon requirements A. A person is entitled to receive a license to operate a salon if the person: 1. Submits to the board an application for a salon license on a form supplied by the board. 2. Pays the prescribed fee. B. The safety and sanitary requirements specified by the board in its rules shall be requirements while a salon is operating. C. Each salon shall have an individual licensed pursuant to this chapter designated as the manager of the salon. |
