35-171. Bookkeeping procedures for treasurer All public money in the custody or possession of the state treasurer shall be placed and retained in a state fund pursuant to the provisions of section 35-142. The total of these funds shall constitute the cash fund of the state. Warrants shall be credited to the fund as they are paid. |
