41-1960.01. Enforcement of child support; report The department of economic security shall implement and evaluate programs that are designed to test the effectiveness of private sector involvement in title IV-D child support collections enforcement. The department of economic security shall report to the legislature on the status of these programs by November 30 of each year. |
