42-1116.01. Department of revenue administrative fund A. The department of revenue administrative fund is established consisting of monies from unclaimed property deposited in the fund pursuant to section 44-313. B. The director shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations. C. Subject to legislative appropriation, the director shall use monies in the fund solely for the administrative costs of the department. |
