42-3007. Manner of affixing stamps Every stamp required under this chapter shall be securely affixed to some visible part of the package or container to which it will firmly adhere during possession by the consumer, except as otherwise provided. Cigarette stamps shall also meet the requirements of article 5 of this chapter. |
