§ 12-12-1120 - Authority of law enforcement officers.

12-12-1120. Authority of law enforcement officers.

Nothing in this subchapter shall limit or abrogate any existing authority of law enforcement officers to take, maintain, store, and utilize DNA samples for law enforcement purposes.
