§ 12-9-105 - Employees.

12-9-105. Employees.

The Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training is authorized to employ such employees as are necessary to efficiently and effectively carry out the provisions of this subchapter and as may be authorized by biennial appropriations of the General Assembly.
