§ 14-316-101 - Road improvement tax generally.

14-316-101. Road improvement tax generally.

(a) All taxes levied by road improvement districts in this state, whether organized under general or special laws, shall be payable between the first Monday in January and April 10 of each year.

(b) This section shall not apply to Greene County.
