§ 15-5-1502 - Definitions.

15-5-1502. Definitions.

As used in this subchapter:

(1) "Authority" means the Arkansas Development Finance Authority or its successor;

(2) "Department" means the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality or its successor; and

(3) "Fund" means the Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund.
