§ 23-4-1106 - Limitation on increase in rates.

23-4-1106. Limitation on increase in rates.

The generation and transmission cooperative shall not increase its rates and charges under this subchapter by an aggregate total of more than eight percent (8%) during any twenty-four-month period.
