§ 27-52-204 - Duty of officials.

27-52-204. Duty of officials.

Any persons, officers, or officials charged with the duty of placing, operating, or maintaining electrical traffic-control signal devices on the public streets or highways of this state shall arrange the signal devices to conform with the provisions of this subchapter.
