27-69-205. Advisors and assistants.
The Director of State Highways and Transportation shall designate one (1) employee of the department who is an engineer or who has engineering experience, and the Director of the Department of Parks and Tourism shall appoint one (1) member of his staff, who shall advise and assist the commission in carrying out its functions and duties under this subchapter.
