§ 27-72-205 - Priority of charge against funds.

27-72-205. Priority of charge against funds.

Upon determination by the commission that the agreement has been violated, and commencing on the date of notice to the Treasurer of State, there shall be a charge upon funds set out in this subchapter which shall take priority over any other obligations on the funds.
