27-86-102. Mail carrier toll exemption.
All carriers of the United States mails over a designated route shall, if the route crosses a state-owned toll bridge, be exempt and relieved from the payment of toll for the privilege of using and crossing the bridge. This exemption shall apply only while the operator is engaged in the performance of his official duties as a mail carrier in the postal service of the United States government.
