§ 3-9-209 - Sales without permit prohibited.

3-9-209. Sales without permit prohibited.

It shall be unlawful and constitute a Class A misdemeanor for any person not holding a valid permit issued hereunder to sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption.
