§ 5-55-112 - Disposition of offenders.

5-55-112. Disposition of offenders.

For a prosecution under this subchapter:

(1) The punishment shall be fixed by the finder of fact, whether a court or a jury; and

(2) Restitution shall be fixed by the court.
