§ 6-64-614 - Bonds -- Tax exemption.

6-64-614. Bonds -- Tax exemption.

The principal and interest of bonds issued under this subchapter shall be exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxes, and the exemption shall include income, inheritance, and estate taxes.
