115165. It shall be unlawful for any person to use, manufacture, produce, knowingly transport, transfer, receive, acquire, own, or possess, any source of ionizing radiation unless licensed by or registered with the department in accordance with this chapter and regulations issued thereunder. 115170. It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, construct, produce, transfer, acquire, use, or possess any of the materials or facilities for which a permit or license is required under the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (Public Law 85-256) unless he or she shall have first obtained a permit or license. Violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
