Sec. 10a-109aa. Review of audit reports. The Board of Trustees for The University of Connecticut shall annually review reports of audits of any project of UConn
2000, as defined in subdivision (25) of section 10a-109c, pursuant to sections 2-90 and
10a-109z. Such review shall be initially conducted by the board without the presence
of university staff members.
