Sec. 10a-109ee. Expenditure of deferred maintenance funds. The university,
as defined in subdivision (26) of section 10a-109c, shall provide that all funds allocated
to UConn 2000, as defined in subdivision (25) of section 10a-109c, for the purpose
of deferred maintenance, as defined in subdivision (29) of section 10a-109c, shall be
expended for such purpose.
