Sec. 10a-109s. Applicability of indemnification and immunity statutes. The
provisions of sections 4-165 and 5-141d shall apply to any employee or official of the
university or other state agency who is discharging his duties or acting within the scope
of his employment in furtherance of the UConn 2000 infrastructure improvement program, as defined in subdivision (25) of section 10a-109c.
