Sec. 10a-119e. Water and land resource management education and training
programs. The College of Agriculture and Natural Resources of The University of
Connecticut, through the cooperative extension service, may, in consultation and cooperation with the Department of Environmental Protection, design and implement comprehensive education and training programs concerning water and land resource management.
