Sec. 10a-138. (Formerly Sec. 10-143). Water and waste disposal service. The
University of Connecticut is authorized to furnish, for compensation, running water and
sewage, garbage and waste disposal service for any property owned or occupied by it
or in which it has an interest by reason of a possibility of reverter or of a restriction on
alienation in its favor.
